D. Scot Casseday

In his capacity as Media Director at, D. Scot Casseday managed a thirty five million dollar annual budget. He was integral to the media and marketing strategy and the rollout of the brand. Utilizing a mixed media approach that combined $35 million annually of broadcast spot television, direct response on national cable and satellite television networks, print, radio and online search engine optimization, successfully launched the brand and efficiently established a ubiquitous market presence. Prior to Mr. Casseday was the East Coast Director for Farris Advertising. In this capacity he was responsible for management of the advertising sales function for a division with over eight million dollars in ad billings. The combination of experience in planning and placing media and advertising that Scot brings to Responsology helps ensure the success of any media strategy rollout. He has a well-developed network of business/industry contacts, and has developed indispensable strategic relationships that open a wide variety of channels in diverse markets for our clients. Scot received his bachelor of science in communications from Ohio University.

Deborah Kania

Deborah is a direct marketing professional who specializes in online media and ecommerce. Deborah manages millions of dollars in marketing and has over 20 years of experience helping well-known direct-to-consumer brands such as Lens Express, and

Deborah has written and co-written Internet marketing books including: Internet World Guide to One-To-One Web Marketing (John Wiley & Sons), Web Catalog Cookbook (John Wiley & Sons), and (McGraw-Hill/NTC). Deborah has written numerous marketing articles for and other marketing publications.

Deborah has experience managing a variety of media including: online advertising, email, social media, search marketing, search engine optimization, catalog, magazine, direct response television (DRTV), direct mail, and point-of-purchase display. Deborah’s focus is to help companies increase new customer acquisition and customer retention utilizing testing processes, marketing programs, and breakthrough ideas that achieve the best return on advertising.

Deborah received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from University of Massachusetts and a Master of Business Administration from Virginia Tech. Deborah also teaches direct marketing advertising at Florida Atlantic University (FAU).

Suzanne Lewittes

Suzanne Lewittes is a marketing professional with over 17 years of experience. Suzanne started her career in advertising, working as an Account Manager on large accounts such as Colgate and General Foods. She then moved to the client side and spent 14 years at American Express working in a variety of Marketing, Project Management and Human Resource positions. While at American Express, Suzanne was responsible for developing and implementing the worldwide recruitment advertising campaign. She also worked with local agencies to develop business specific campaigns. Suzanne has significant experience leading teams of people, working with external vendors, managing projects and rolling out new initiatives. Suzanne has also spent time volunteering with SCORE, an organization that provides free business counseling to entrepreneurs and small business owners. Suzanne holds an undergraduate business degree from the Wharton School of Business as well as a degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s College of Arts & Sciences. In addition, Suzanne has an MBA from Columbia Business School in Marketing and Finance.

Christine Seib

Christine has over a decade of experience in the online space with a comprehensive background from content and technology to digital strategy. While her education is in English, she found her home in online communications when her talents and affinity for new media were met with acclaim by some of the top technology companies in North Carolina's Research Triangle. With a holistic approach that never neglects the details, Christine has significant achievements in content management, ecommerce, SEO/SEM, web analytics, email marketing, and social media. Christine has lent her talents to such esteemed organizations as Burt's Bees, Peter Millar, SciQuest, Carquest Auto Parts, and TogetherSoft/Borland, among others. Christine is a member of the Project Management Institute and is finishing up her project management (PMP) certification. She is also a Member of the Association of International Product Marketing Management (AIPMM). Christine received a Master of Arts from Iowa State University.
